However, ever since the pro golfer joined LIV Golf, his OWGR ranking is seeing a constant drop. LIV’s issue with the Official World Golf Rankings is a long one.
Leishman talked about how he would try to qualify for the British Open and the US Open if everything aligns. He also hoped to participate in the Masters.
He said, “I’ve played pretty much all the majors for the last 12/13 years.. I’ll try to qualify for the British Open and the US Open and if the world rankings happen, I’d love to get into The Masters. If not, I’ll watch it on TV and hopefully watch Cam win it.”
For Marc, a lot is on the line when it comes to the majors. The pro golfer has a record of competing in 30 straight majors. Only time and the OWGR’s decision will decide whether Leishman will be able to maintain his legacy or not.
