If you are familiar with the golf world, you are undoubtedly aware of the controversy surrounding the PGA Tour and LIV Golf. LIV Golf, a newly established Saudi-backed series, is contentious for many entities. But despite facing so much criticism from the golfing community, LIV is prepared for its seventh event at the Trump National Golf Club in Washington, D.C., for a whopping $25,000,000 in prize money.
The PGA Championship has come to a close in Oak Hills, Rochester, New York. Ironically, LIV golfer Brooks Koepka, won the major. Now the golf world is ready to witness the next sole LIV event. One golfer, though, isn’t afraid to make things light with his remarks in such a stressful setting.

LIV Golf updates fans with a humorous post
Many prominent golfers are gearing up for the LIV Golf DC title, including Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson, Phil Mickelson, and LIV’s only all-Australian side, Ripper GC. Ripper GC consists of Cameron Smith, Matt Jones, Marc Leishman, and Jediah Morgan. Players are on the field now, practicing with their clubs and mapping every corner of the course.
On its official Instagram account, LIV Golf just posted a clip of Cameron Smith and Jediah Morgan playing golf. In the video, Smith was unwinding and enjoying the comfort of the grass while Morgan was practicing his shots. Smith also mentioned how comfortable the grass was. The video caption reads: “This grass is comfy, eh?” Never change Cam 😂”

Smith, the winner of the 2022 Players Championship, is known for his goofy side. After defecting to LIV Golf last year, he faced some backlash. But he demonstrated his value with his unmatched sportsmanship and great golfing abilities. Along with Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau, Smith, who finished in ninth place at the PGA Championship, now qualifies for the second major event. But even with pressure to do well in this event, Smith managed to make things easier, and now it’s really got his fans’ attention.

Smith’s antics are beloved by the public, and this time they don’t hold back while responding to his humorous statement. Many commented on his speaking style.
