It is a rare gift when a person has such an infectious vibe that they can make anybody smile with the least bit of effort. Nelly Korda surely has that charm. When she shares pictures and videos of herself looking calm and happy, it’s hard not to pick up on that energy and smile.
Her latest ‘snippets’ from the past two weeks of being on the road are up online for her fans to cherish. Knowing she can pull off this energy, despite not being in her best form on the golf course of late, is reassuring. The post received attention from one of Korda’s peers that you will never guess.

In the past couple of weeks, Nelly Korda has been on the road for back-to-back tournaments. The first tournament was the CPKC Women’s Open and the more recent one was the Portland Classic, which got over this Sunday. Korda had collected some pictures and videos from her off-course hours and posted them on Instagram.
In the post were pictures of Korda herself besides Ravioli, hot chocolate, coffee, and whatnot. Hannah Green had commented on the post, appreciating the hot chocolate. She had written “That hot chocolate was 👌”, to which Nelly Korda responded with a question. “you had it???!! 🥹🥹” Green replied, “I sure did 🤤🤤”
Hannah Green and Nelly Korda may not interact online that often but they share a good rapport. Korda was one of the first people to comment on Green’s Instagram post after Green won the JM Eagle LA Championship earlier this year. Korda had sent Green three fire emojis in appreciation.

This refreshingly comes at a time, when Korda’s form is slowly recovering after a post-injury dip. She sustained an injury in May, and during the months of May, June, and July, the LPGA cover girl struggled to keep her game going.
Recovering from her injury and regaining her form, she performed much better in the Amundi Evian Championship in late July. She finished with a shared 9th position in the tournament. During the first week of August, the 25-year-old finished the subsequent AIG Women’s Open with a shared 11th position, sustaining her improved form. In that direction, let’s look at her performance in the most recent tournament of the season, the Portland Classic Championship.
