The NV5 Invitational, presented by First Midwest Bank, is an event on the Korn Ferry Tour, currently taking place at the Glen Club Golf Course. The finest golfers from all around the world are competing in this $1 million event. And amongst them, one participant is the Korn Ferry Tour professional golfer, Ollie Schniederjans. 

While Schniederjans now stands in a satisfactory position on the leaderboard, he exhibited quite a few astonishing putts throughout the game. But his weird putting style on the 10th hole added more bafflement to the golf community.

How have fans reacted to this American pro golfer’s putting style?

It is nothing new to witness weird golfing styles. Even one such instance has been previously faced with Will Zalatoris’ unusual putting video going viral. Now recently, a new video from the NV5 Invitational went viral on social media. In that video, Schniederjans was seen hitting the golf ball in a fairly unique style, uncanny from the ones usually seen on golf courses. He was holding the club with only his left hand, and his right hand was placed on his left arm. But, no matter how he executed his gameplay, he successfully shot the ball into the 10th hole in round two, making a birdie. 

Now, as the video went viral, the internet crowd also poured in like a swarm of bees, and they expressed their views in the form of the following remarks: 

Two comments said, “If it goes in, it’s a 10” and “10/10!” rating his shot to be 10.

While a few comments criticized his shot, saying, “How bad at putting do you have to be to try this…?” and “Gross” and “Is stupid considered a rating?”

Also, others encouraged Schniederjans, saying, “Whatever works” and “Go Olie !!”

Some even compared his putting skills with Riggs, the commentator. The comments said, “Better than Riggs” and “Still cleaner than @riggsbarstool”.

Though these comments had a mixed tone, Ollie’s putting style was quite out of the box.

In round one, this Korn Ferry pro hit seven successful birdies and one bogey, landing his score at 65 at the end of the round. Then, in round two, he made four birdies and one bogey and ended up at 68. Later in round three, he hit birdies in holes 1st, 4th, 5th, 7th, and 13th, making his score around 68.
