Tiger Woods has only a few people he can count on inside the golf community. And one of these very few individuals is his old pal Justin Thomas.
Woods has been on the field with his son Charlie Woods at the 2022 PNC Championship while JT is playing alongside his old man, Mike Thomas. And in a recent interview, when asked about Tiger Woods’ game, Thomas made an unexpected revelation about the golf legend’s form.

All golf fans are aware of the fact that Tiger Woods has not been in the best shape lately. The golf star has been on the field more often to support his son than to play in tournaments. While Charlie Woods has been working very hard with his dad’s support to become better each day.
However, fans had been waiting for the golf star to return to the field at the PNC Championship. Although their expectations were not too high after looking at Woods’ withdrawal from the Hero World Challenge, there still was a little hope.
And to everyone’s surprise, Woods played pretty well at the tournament in comparison to his other recent performances.
Justin Thomas was asked in his recent press conference on Sunday in Orlando regarding what he felt about Woods’ current form. Although his response started a bit funny, he admitted that Woods’ game had definitely improved.

“You could really write that however you wanted to do,” he smiled and said. “got to be really careful the next things I say.” He then explained how every day of the golfer’s game showed a different side to his performance. “yesterday…he was moving really well, and today obviously wasn’t moving as well.” Thomas stated.
Fans know the relationship between the two golf legends and how Thomas and Woods spend a lot of time together practicing. “We’ve hit balls at home,” he said. “When he’s feeling well, he’s longer than I am with a driver.” But Thomas confessed that in general, Woods was hitting longer shots than him.

However, he ended his statements by stating how Woods would easily compromise on his game a bit if he got to walk properly. According to JT, the 15-time major champ was dealing with other issues but was fitter and stronger than before.
