What did Smith say about LIV Golf earlier?
After rumors of the golfer joining the LIV Golf went viral, reporters asked him about his mindset regarding joining the new league. Smith never denied joining the Saudi-funded tour, nor did he affirm the rumors. While the world was expecting some clarity from his side, all that the media could hear from Smith was “no comment”.

It is now clear why Smith made no statements about the matter earlier since he was waiting to officially sign up with LIV Golf. It is not sure if Norman has plans to bring more players onboard as of now. But the PGA Tour will definitely face a major setback after losing Smith.
