Max Homa is going back to the basics! The California native recently played at the Genesis Invitational in his hometown. The 6-time PGA Tour winner shot the rounds of 277 with 7 under, positioning himself at T16. Homa is now back home and taken to his truest form—a comedian!

With more time on his hands now that the event has ended, Homa seems a lot more active on X (formerly Twitter) than in recent days, and this time it was one unfortunate golf enthusiast in particular whose video caught his fancy. The 32-year-old has taken to reacting and roasting fans over anything they ask him online. And the latest victim of this fun series asked for a swing review but got roasted for his “camera angle”!

Max Homa is arguably one of the most entertaining golfers on the PGA Tour. That is both on and off course. For the latter, he often connects with his audience through his funny tweets. And this time was no different. When one fan asked Homa, Are you still roasting swings @Maxhoma?” the Texas resident responded in a manner so savage and hilarious that perhaps no one saw it coming.

Instead of talking about his shot or the swing, Homa noticed their camera angle and the blue tick that the user had. Answering the fan’s question, he said “no.” He wasn’t roasting swings anymore. But, of course, that wasn’t the end of it. “It’s tough look paying for Twitter, instead of buying a tripod,” quipped the PGA Tour star, brutally taking down the fan, not for his swing but for the video itself.

He claimed that it looked like the fan used a “range bucket” to lean his phone up against and shoot the clip, and that made “the camera angle terrible.” Homa then added the classic Michael Scott (from The Office) words “Boom roasted” to the end, hilariously salting the fan’s now-open wound!

After the WM Phoenix Open last week, Homa had not been as active as before on his X account. As a result, the fans were anticipating his return! However, not even they expected it to be this epic, and they made it quite clear with their own umteen hilarious responses to his tweet!

Golf fans love the Homa roast

One of the last times Homa roasted the people was when he narrated a Jordan Spieth ‘overrated’ story from the WM Phoenix Open. While some didn’t believe him, others tried and trolling him instead. This time, however, he left them all craked open with his savage and hilarious tweet!

Homa’s tweet hit too close to home for this one fan. They explained that they also use a bucket instead of a tripod because they think bringing a tripod is a “tough look.”

Another joined Homa to roast the fan further. They claimed that they didn’t understand how one could spend money on a Twitter blue tick just to upload videos of themselves playing golf.

Another fan loved the roast and claimed that Chase, whom Homa had so brutally burned with his roast, may never recover from it.

The reply was an iconic one, and the fans understood it. One loved it so much that he dubbed it a mic drop moment, complimenting the 32-year-old.

One fan showed their excitement for Homa’s return to Twitter with a ‘He’s back’ GIF. Then, they welcomed him back and said that they had missed this side of the golfer.

While most were loving the fun tweet, one fan took to roasting Homa instead. The statement of Homa about using the bucket instead of a tripod had seemingly hit them hard. They lashed out, stating the PGA Tour star was richer, more famous, and a golf professional, and yet had no blue tick! Well, they certainly have a point there!

The one small tweet started a domino effect for Homa. People from all over began tagging him and asking for his opinion on things. It’s safe to say a few more roasts are in the works. Tune in to see if any of them bring out the golf pro’s hilariously brutal side!
