For his shots, Couples has shared that he prefers to assess the divot. Unlike in the past, where he used to take the sand out instead of skimming the sand. He has changed it to chunk and run, which offers less room for errors. The golfer expressed that it is a better alternative for amateurs, too. Sharing the reason for the change, he said, “When you really dig the club in the sand, like I do, the follow-through is shorter. The ball won’t fly as far, but will roll more.” The ball spin with the shot is reduced, increasing the worry for predicting the ideal position.
Now, after the two golfers, there is another player who has shared his short gameplay tips.
