GolfFacts made a tweet about Woods’ practice round. The account retweeted a screenshot of a post made by PGA.com, in which Woods is with the Southern Hills Director of Golf Cary Cozby. Coby and Woods were comparing notes from Tiger’s practice round.
GolfFacts wrote a message saying, “Southern Hills give you ALL the course notes you need for the upcoming @PGAChampionship Do all players get this treatment @PGA? For @TigerWoods this is just embarrassing that @PGA posted this photo & it’s very telling.”
GolfFacts tweet is trying to question that maybe the PGA or the director of the golf course is biased towards Tiger. At the same time, the tweet also points out whether the same type of guidance is provided to other professionals. However, the tweet is not appreciated by Woods’ fans from all over the world.
The golf world react to the recent tweet about Tiger Woods
As soon as the somewhat controversial tweet was made, Tiger fans from all parts of the world started to react to negative tweets and trolled the account. Most of the tweets defended Woods and explained why he and the director were together. Meanwhile, some other fans expressed their anger over the tweet and started to involve Reed in their replies.

What’s it like to have your caddy thrown out of an international team match for fighting with fans? Do all caddies provide that treatment? For Patrick Reed that is just embarrassing.
— Nick Hickman (@NDHickman) May 1, 2022
Patrick could tour the course and get “notes” from the course architect, Director of golf, the superintendent, and Jesus….. and he still wouldn’t win

Is there a rule somewhere in golf that you can't prepare for a tournament by getting local knowledge? Maybe this is why all the players ask Tiger for his advice, could it be that he actually does more prep? Especially for majors?
— JTF (@joelfrank29) May 1, 2022
you also have to wonder what it’s like to have 15 major championships and be the most recognizable dominant athlete in any sport ever
— Yung Chompion (@Tomato_Tamato7) May 1, 2022
I'm sure any pro would get the same treatment. I'm sure all pros prepare for competition, however, The Question is, how many pros prepare like Tiger?
