John Daly makes a much-awaited comeback to the PGA Tour
Daly has recently decided to return to the PGA Tour on a sponsor exemption. The pro golfer is back on the course after undergoing a platelet-rich plasma procedure on his left knee. The Tour announced his long-awaited return on its Instagram page, and fans reacted quickly to the good news.

Daly has had to deal with a lot of health issues in the last few months. The pro golfer is battling cancer right now. What is most inspiring about him is his perseverance and positive outlook on life.
He is 56 years old right now. Most golfers retire before the age of 50, but ‘Long John’ chose to defy such stereotypes. Moreover, the player’s lifestyle also differs from that of the other golfers. He is a firm believer in living life to the fullest and will undoubtedly continue to do so. Long John is still making a fortune from his golfing career.
Daly last appeared on the PGA Tour in August 2021, at the Barracuda Championship. He was at the 2022 PGA and Open Championships. His return to the Tour demonstrates how he continues to persevere despite his deteriorating health.
