The 2024 People’s Open has become one of the weirdest golf experiences anyone could have. From getting flashed by a man to another sliding down the grass hill bear-chested to the latest drunk bride, the greens at Scottsdale have seen it all.
This year, the fans are getting more creative, and that too by partnering up with an apparel brand. Surprising? Not really; it is the Scottsdale craze. Enthrallment is always expected. Lululemon has collaborated with a group of Min Woo Lee fans to display itself at the WM Phoenix Open in a manner only Lee could have done and fans are loving it.

Lululemon had a rather bittersweet start to 2024. On one hand, the Vancouver-based brand parted ways with the former World. No. 1 Lydia Ko but on the other hand, the athletic brand welcomed the 2023 Fortinet Australian PGA Championship winner as their new ambassador. And it looks like Lululemon is going all out with their new partnership with Min Woo Lee, a glimpse of which could be seen on the Arizonian greens.
Clair Roger from Golf.com shared a few snippets of Min Woo Lee fans on her X handle. The group of people were decked up from top to bottom in Lululemon’s attire with blue shirts, white pants, and a red chef’s hat that has famously become synonymous with the 25-year-old golfer. Further, the hat also has Lee’s iconic quote, “Let Him Cook,” printed on it. To complete the look, the fans wore new shoes that were recently released by the sports brand.
The tweet also acknowledged the brilliant marketing move by Lululemon, as the sports brand chose to display its clothing lines and footwear in such a unique manner at an event like the Phoenix Open, which looks like the best arena where fans are always up to something distinctive.

The men in red, blue, and white were probably enjoying themselves at TPC Scottsdale, but what did the golf world think of their creative cosplay at the WM Phoenix Open?
The golf world reacts to Min Woo Lee’s fans
One of the most normal fan ideas at the WM Phoenix Open was fans of Min Woo Lee in Lululemon, as it is the norm for things to go bizarre and haywire. But the attire was totally fine and they were ‘cooking’, here is what the fans thought on the internet.
The first one to respond to the tweet was the brand itself. Lululemon reacted to the post by saying that they would be sending compliments to the chef, aka Min Woo Lee.
Sending your compliments to the Chefs.

Another fan made a huge request for the brand. They asked the brand to retail the hats and wanted more such golf-based clothes from its side.

Although Lululemon was appreciated for its clothes, one fan said that they would still make fun of their friends wearing Lululemon on the greens while they were wearing Vuori.
I’m still going to tease any of my friends if they’re wearing Lululemon while I’m decked out in head to toe Vuori.

While this fan was not impressed by Lululemon shoes, they were quite happy with other clothing items as they were searching for Min Woo Lee clothing a few days ago and now know where it can be found.
Shoes are wack but I was looking for Min Woo gear just a few weeks ago…now I know where to go.

Another fan chimed in about the shoes being wacky, to say the least, and asked the brand to improve them, which would be a genius move.
Would be a genius move to make shoes that don’t look like ass
