Along with the monetary benefits, there are many other reasons that make Koepka happy about his decision to join LIV. According to him, LIV is giving him nostalgia, and he is reminiscing about his college days. But how is LIV connected to the past life of Koepka? Let’s find out what he thinks about LIV.
Brooks Koepka and how LIV Golf has changed his life
Brooks Koepka appeared at ‘Behind The Cut Podcast,’ where he talked about LIV Golf, winning four Majors, and competing against Tiger Woods. The highlight was his happiness.
Koepka calls LIV his fresh start after being a pro for ten years, as it is adding to the excitement. Playing in teams at LIV sends him back to his college days, where he used to play team golf. And adding up to the team is the presence of his brother. They being on the same team, means they can spend more time with each other thereby strengthening their bond.
The winner of the 2018 CJ Cup is also excited because his best friend, Dan, is also part of the LIV Golf league. He’s in his bag, so it gives Koepka the family vibes, and he feels at home.
He said, “you want your family around get to be home more.” As he recently got married, he hopes to start a family soon, and LIV gives him enough time to spend with his wife and family. He will finally be able to embrace every milestone of his life with ease.
