The most awaited and anticipated tournament in the history of golf has had its first match successfully. The match offered a great viewing experience with a mixture of tech and the real world in one place. TGL, the brainchild of the two professional golfers, Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, has been a great success till now.

Fans’ doubts were cleared after the first match. While watching the 15 major winners at the course added grace to the event. Woods was seen commentating during the inaugural day of TGL. Even for the first match, Woods shared about the event coming to reality, “It’s hard to believe that dream came into reality and we were able to take golf into another stratosphere.”

Apart from him, even the golfers who played the first match loved the experience. Shane Lowry from the Bay Golf Club was also praising the indoor golf league. He said, “The last time I’ve had that much fun was probably last September.” Even further sharing it, he clarified the air of the league might be monotonous initially by saying, “I think some weeks can be like monotonous and tough, but this is just something different and something fun.” Continuing the praising, Ludvig Aberg also shared about his experience saying, “It was awesome.”

Liebenthal shared a unique request with a post on X. The post shared, “Last request of @TGL (for this week): Get the WAGs involved next week! We have TikTok stars in the mix. Lacey! Juju!” Having wives and girlfriends at the course could be a great motivation for the golfers and could turn out to be a great move for the tournament as well.

Fit checks. 🙏”  Samantha Marks, the Media Relations manager of TMRW Sports replied, “👀 @TGL.” Indicating that the fans would be delighted to see something like this by the TGL management. But if that happens, which players’ wives or girlfriends can be seen as per the schedule?
