However, the typical trend of putting up a picture has taken has taken a twist with a promise to help the environment. The sticker says, “We’ll plant 1 tree for every pet picture.”

Paige Spiranac hops onto viral trend
This golfer turned social media personality has a charming furry friend, Niko, an Australian cattle mix who she adopted in 2017. She posted a picture of him as part of the trend. Meanwhile, she has been in the news lately regarding her trendy Halloween costume where she dressed as Harley Quinn.

Gary Player, too, posted a picture of his pet. Honey, the adorable dog, came into his life during the pandemic, and has since won Players’ heart. This sweet picture of the two is sure to make your heart melt!
So far, more than 4 million people have participated in what was originally started as a fun campaign. However, underestimating its potential, it now seems unlikely that the creators of the trend will follow up with the promise. Nevertheless, we can’t complain about what’s it has given us; an opportunity to take a look at everyone’s adorable pets!
