The Genesis Invitational displayed great competition between professionals throughout the game. There were a lot of reasons for the fans to celebrate during the tournament. While many got excited about Jon Rahm’s victory leading him to the top in the world rankings, others were simply elated to see 15x major winner Tiger Woods on the field.

Woods doesn’t have a lot of friends on the PGA Tour. However, ever since a massive wave of players went on to join LIV Golf, the golf legend has been supporting all the professionals who stood by the former tour. And his support towards his fellow players was seen at the tournament.

To congratulate and appreciate the efforts of his friend, Woods went forward and hugged Homa after the game.
