A look at US Presidents and their swings throughout the years

When talking of something unique, one cannot forget about the swing one develops on the course. This certainly holds true for all the US Presidents who have played on the course multiple times.

In a short video made up of various clips, Golf.com put together a compilation of US Presidents and their swings. Starting from President Dwight D Eisenhower to President John F Kennedy, the clips also include recent shots from those like President Barack Obama, President Joe Biden, and President Donald Trump.

Other presidents featured in the video were Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W Bush.

Of course, this gave people to discuss golf and presidents in the comments section. Certain users even commented on how the presidents played while focusing on their favorites. While many seemed to favor Kennedy’s swing, others also liked how Ford hit.

“JFK smooth like silk,” wrote one user. On the other hand, others mentioned how they felt Ford played well.

While Kennedy seemed to be getting the most votes for best swing, Nixon and Clinton were also appreciated by fans.

That being said, it is clear that golf is an integral part of presidential history. In fact, presidents like Obama, Trump, Eisenhower, Kennedy, and Woodrow Wilson are said to be among those who played the maximum number of rounds during their presidency. Wilson, however, leads the list with a number over 1200.

Even the White House is equipped with a putting green, it is said to be around 2000 square feet, and could easily be the perfect stress buster if one needed it.
