The stylish golfer ended his 4-year-long winless drought last week at the Rocket Mortgage Classic, and he has been smiling ever since. During his recent appearance at The Smylie Show, the 34-year-old spoke to the host and shared about how his bright Sunday outfits came to life with Puma. He said when he associated with the brand, he thought it was a great fit. Commenting on his bright orange and blue head-to-toe outfits, he said, “Not many people were wearing it. Being able to wear some colors and louder stuff, I was fully for it.”

He also shared that nothing of this sort was ever planned, and it was all just an unplanned pleasant surprise. Sharing the inspiration behind his outfit, he shared that a lot of the stuff, like wearing an all-orange outfit or other colors, was his idea. What inspired him to do so was his former motocross career’s colorful gear, since most of the riding gear and equipment are colorful and bright.

According to Golf.com‘s report last month, the golfer started wearing bright-colored outfits in school since all of his Oklahoma State teammates used to do it. He continued to do it on the Tour since no other player was doing it, and Fowler has always loved having his own style and standing out.

He called his Sunday outfit choice “just a fun way” to show off who he is and his personality! He also stated that he was going to continue bringing color to the PGA Tour because he likes it!
