The goddess of golf has seen herself rise through the ranks of golf owing to her popularity in the game. However, in a darker twist, she had experienced unwanted attention from certain fans who didn’t respect her boundaries.

The ex-professional had filed a restraining order against Eric Fuhs, citing how the fan has followed her into certain tournaments, making her “extremely anxious and scared.” The diva had done the same in a Los Angeles court in the month of June.

And now, as a piece of good news to Spiranac and her followers, the star has gone ahead to win the case against the obsessed fan. The case was presided over by Commissioner Laura, who acted as the Judge Pro Tem. But what’s more, Fuhs was also previously accused of stalking actress Olivia Wilde, as per reports.

Spiranac wins the case against her stalker

As per the judgment that was issued, the alleged stalker has been banned from approaching the model for the next three years. The restraining order is set to expire on November 1, 2026. The verdict was dished out after looking over a series of pieces of evidence, including a tweet, a photograph of a letter, and email copies, among others.

Fuh’s history with Wilde, coupled with his charge of assault with a deadly weapon, added to the worries of the athlete. The ex-pro mentioned how she has been “scared to share her location with fans,” in fear of unwanted attention from the stalker. Continuing on with her statement in her filing, the American said, “I fear that without a restraining order, Mr. Fuhs will continue to attempt to see me, particularly when I have to travel to the Los Angeles area for work.”
