Not too many people get the chance to live out their childhood dreams. For 11 years I had the opportunity to play professional golf. Hard work and a strong belief paid off. Professional golfer Travis Hampshire joins the Sheriff’s office
Hampshire ended up announcing his news on Twitter. He explained a little about his new job while providing a back story as well.
By the looks of it, Hampshire’s new job has been his dream since childhood. He added that his hard work seems to have paid off, and he will now pursue a new career in law enforcement.

Hampshire confirmed that he would be working with the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office, and his new journey has begun. A photo of his badge was shared, which confirms his Citrus County job as a deputy sheriff.
Irrespective of what he is working for Hampshire seemed extremely happy about the apparent career change.
