The DP World Tour is hosting the BMW PGA Championship from September 14 to September 17. This is the 44th edition of the event taking place at Wentworth Club-West Coast in Surrey, England. Besides, this event is taking place at the same time as the Fortinet Championship. And all twelve European Ryder Cup players have participated in this biennial tournament.
Now that Ryder Cup rookie Ludvig Aberg is sitting atop the leaderboard after the completion of the first two rounds of the game, he should be the center of attention. However, an unprecedented discourteous action amid the $9 million event received the limelight, drawing inglorious comments from the golf community.

The BMW PGA Championship is already over with the first leg of the match, and currently, Ludvig Aberg is thriving on the leaderboard with a score of 15-under par. While the 23-year-old’s excellent putting should be the talk of the town since he’s the youngest in the Ryder Cup but is holding a position better than all of them, something else becomes the focus of attention.
A video went viral on Twitter from the BMW PGA Championship. In that video, Robin Sciot-Siegrist, the French golfer, can be seen. Robin currently sits at T38 on the leaderboard with a score of 5 under par.
In the tweet, the golfer is making a putt on the hole. However, before his ball reaches the hole, another flippant golfer comes along the pathway. Added to that, the ball even stops on the verge of the hole and doesn’t end up as a successful chip.
☠️ Is this acceptable?

As the video went viral on social media, it garnered a varied scale of comments from cyber-citizens, and most of the remarks were shared to condemn the attitude of the other golfer, who barely showed golf etiquette.
