Woods played pretty well in the event on Monday. It was not one of his best performances, but he managed to cover it up on Tuesday with two-over 74. Woods hit a double bogey on the second hole on Monday, which made it frustrating for the golfer. It was a 49-man field and Woods was tied for 39th.

Woods is now 46 years old and it is hard to imagine him winning another major. But he is still up for chasing down the all-time record of Jack Nicklaus.

The golf ace is also going to play in the Open Championship starting on the 4th of July. “This is a pretty historic Open that we are going to be playing,” He said. Woods has won three Open Championships in his career and has his eyes set on winning another one.

Woods is one of the very few players who are still loyal members of the PGA Tour. A lot of prominent golfers like Phil Mickelson and Dustin Johnson have signed the contract with the rival Saudi-backed LIV Golf Series, leaving their PGA Tour days behind. However, Tiger has clearly stated, on several occasions, that he is and will always be loyal to the PGA.
