His move has been quite eventful, as he continued his great run of form, finishing the inaugural season at 4th position despite winning no event. Following a great season, Patrick Reed shared his honest thoughts on the Saudi-funded Tour.
Patrick Reed is grateful for LIV Golf
In an Instagram post, Reed shared some of the best pictures from the Trump National Golf Course in Miami. Below the post, he wrote a message, sharing his great experience at LIV Golf. “This year on @livgolfinv has been insane”, wrote Patrick Reed.

He further wrote, “Being a part of this experience has been a game changer for golf and life changing for me and my family”. Reed then shared how he is happy to share the LIV Golf experience with his family. Moreover, he thanked his brother-in-law, who also happens to be his caddie, for performing his duties with no errors.
Reed wrote, “I’m grateful to have my wife and kids be with me along this LIV journey and much love to @kesslerkarain for being on the bag”. He ended by mentioning how the lucrative Tour’s unique team championship format will help in advancing the sport.

“It’s great to be ale to support the evolution of the sport that has allowed me make a living and to provide for my family, and I can’t wait to tee it up and see how the innovative team championship culminates”, wrote the 2018 Masters winner. Undoubtedly, the season has been great for the former world number Six.
Despite joining the LIV Golf a tournament later in Portland, Patrick Reed still managed to finish in 4th position in the overall season. Though he failed to win a single event, Reed had three top-10 finishes out of the six tournaments. Now he looks to claim a victory for his team Aces GC in Miami, which will see him and his team bag home $16 million.
