A famous female pro reacts to the LIV Golf set-up

Marina Alex, a female LPGA Tour professional on May 13th, replied to a tweet regarding the LIV Golf Invitational. The tweet was made by No Laying Up and included the image of the first tee box at the Centurion Club just outside London, which will host the opening event of the rival tour in June. Moreover, the opening tee has a black sponsors board surrounding the tee box, with the name of the new tour written on it.

But the tweet pointed toward the yardage of the first hole. It measures 470 yards and is a par 5. The tweet was uploaded with a small caption saying, “Now they’re trying to lure guys with 470 yard par 5’s!”

Marina commented saying, “Damn even LPGA can handle that hahaa” The female professional’s words are funny to look at. At the same time, the tweet made by No Laying Up may depict that the new rival tour may even provide relatively short and rather easy to play holes. As a result, offering a lot of scoring opportunities.

However, one of the fans disagreed with the tweet and made a striking revelation about this week’s PGA Tour. The fan uploaded a 3D view of the par 5, ninth hole at TPC Craig Ranch. Surprisingly, the hole measures 480 yards, and the fan also highlighted the same.
