Keegan Bradley will go nearly a year on the PGA Tour without a victory. Notably, his last triumph on the PGA Tour was in 2023 summer at the Travelers Championship. From then onwards, it has taken many attempts from the 37-year-old to be in the winning circle again. However, unfortunately, he has failed.

Although the 37-year-old golfer has garnered many top 10 and a few runner-up finishes, it has never been enough to catapult him into the leading position. Why so? The 6-time PGA Tour winner shared his struggles which have followed him since his childhood. But he has found ways to overcome them as much as he can!

Bradley was the recent guest at the SiriusXM PGA Tour Radio, where the 6-time PGA Tour winner divulged his struggles on and off the course. With many victories backing him up, Bradley is indeed talented, but the Woodstock native never found it reliable for success. In the interview, the 37-year-old expressed that he had always noticed he could not “just rely on talent.” Observing the people in his surroundings, Bradley relayed how he always felt. He said, “I’ve always felt there’s guys that are better than me, from when I was a little kid.”

Bradley believes that even in his 14th year on the PGA Tour, he needs to continue this tradition and might need to do it more than before as newer talents are constantly added to the Tour. Bradley revealed that, unlike others, his practice sessions differ too. He expressed that he can’t just “whack balls for hours” and call it a day. But he has to “practice with a purpose.”

The 6-time PGA Tour winner further stated, “I feel like in order for me to stay at the top of this game I have to work harder than every other player out there.” Bradley, though without a victory in the 2024 season, still is the 14th-ranked golfer in the world and that could be attributed to his never-ending perseverance.

From his initial days on the PGA Tour to now, the 1-time major winner has made massive progress. Even Bradley could sense that his hard work was paying off. In his last outing at the Charles Schwab Challenge, Bradley was runner-up and only five strokes away from the win. With his improvement in recent years, the victory Bradley has been looking for might come soon!
