Tony Finau and Jon Rahm, the only two players, appear to be carrying the entire event. After the completion of the third round, Golf Channel took to its Instagram handle and posted a video. In the video, Finau is lining up for a shot. However, it appears that a butterfly is keeping him from focusing on his shot. The five-time PGA Tour victor could be seen grinning while trying to get rid of the butterfly.

Tight competition between Finau and Jon Rahm
The current wearer of the Green Jacket was six strokes behind Finau heading into Saturday, but he has unquestionably changed the course of events. The number one player in the world shot a third-round 10-under 61, which set a tournament record. He is now tied for second place with Akshay Bhatia and is only two strokes back of leader Finau.

Big Tone started his day with a birdie at the first after opening with rounds of 65–64. After that, Finau’s first nine holes weren’t all that exciting. He did, though, add a second birdie at the sixth. The 33-year-old made three consecutive birdies on holes 12 through 14 and another one on 16. At the par-3 17th hole, he had a six-foot par putt that he missed, losing one.
Rahm, however, started the day six shots behind leader Finau. With a 6-under 29 on the front, the 28-year-old swiftly made up the lost gap. To reach 9 under for the day, he continued by adding three additional circles to the card on Nos. 12 through 14. At the par-3 17th hole, the winner of the Masters sank a 37-foot birdie putt.
