Golf might be the gentleman’s game, but the casualties that revolve around it are sometimes not too gentle. While some instances happened with the golfers, there are accidents often occurring with mere spectators too. Take the crash that happened in October for instance. A golf cart ended up crashing into a crowded Florida bar. This left a woman hospitalized for the entire weekend with a serious pelvic injury. The reason? Well, while the cart was at its normal speed, it suddenly accelerated and entered the bar. While a couple of women did manage to run away, the one who ended up injured, failed to notice and was hit with some bad luck. But who was at fault?

It was the driver herself. According to the officials at the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, the person did not know how to operate the golf cart. And now, just months later, a similar incident happened, and this time too the driver was at fault.

An X account called Content with Context recently took to their page and shared the latest footage of a woman in a golf cart. She was driving the golf cart while using a phone and ended up running into a house. The woman fell off the cart and tripped outside due to the speed. But she still had her phone in her hand, and sat back on the cart, to fix the direction. But well, she ended up falling once again. They caption read, Drunk woman, glued to her phone the entire time, crashes a golf cart into a house—not once, but twice.”

Some of them were shocked at how glued she was to her phone. Despite running into the house for the first time, she did not stop looking at her phone. She got into the cart without noticing anything, and that was what caused her to drag herself into the incident for the second time. Taking to this, one of them wrote, “This is a perfect example of how broken many are from electronics addiction.” While another sarcastically wrote, “The dedication she showed to her phone is just inspiring.”

One of them even questioned these adults and wrote, “And they are allowed to vote 🤨”
