And after splitting up the money with the other three players, the golfer’s total earnings for the season amount to over $35 million other than the $125 million contract money! On the other hand, Johnson has earned only $74 million in his entire PGA career with 24 Tour wins.

When asked about his reasons for joining the Saudi-backed league, he said, “This is something that I thought was best for me and my family.” He also thanked the PGA Tour for everything they had done for him.
