Phil Mickelson has recently made his way into the content creation space. The 54-year-old often promotes LIV Golf in various YouTube videos with other content creators.. Most recently, Mickelson was a part of a video with YouTube golf influencer; Grant Horvat. The pair had a good time together playing some golf and having some great conversations along the way.

Grant Horvat shared a bit from their time on the course on his Instagram reels. It included a funny conversation between him and Mickelson, with a surprise appearance from a fellow LIV Golf pro standing beside them.

It began with Horvat asking Mickelson, “How are you going to get in this guy’s head?” The content creator was looking for tips to intimidate the special guest. To this, Mickelson replied, “Grant, I’ve been there. I’ve looked around. There’s nothing there,” suggesting that the LIV Golf pro is dumb. The camera then pans to Dustin Johnson, looking puzzled over the conversation. The 4Aces GC captain inquired, “Who are you guys talking about?”

A lineup of Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and now Phil Mickelson

Grant Horvat released the news about Tiger Woods appearing on his YouTube channel just a couple of weeks ago. Fans were excited to see the GOAT in a video. However, they were left majorly disappointed due to the lack of action in the video. The 82x PGAT winner was only seen giving advice to Horvat throughout the video. Even when it seemed like he was going to drive the ball, he only showed Horvat the form he should practice to get an accurate swing. One of the followers even commented, “We Got Baited,” suggesting they hoped to watch Woods play in the video.

A few days later, Rory McIlroy also showed up on Grant Horvat’s YouTube channel. Unlike Woods, the Irishman showed a lot more enthusiasm during his appearance. He showed his incredible swinging technique and hit quite a few strokes along the way. McIlroy also helped Horvat improve his swing and drive throughout the day. In the end, the YouTuber ended up constantly getting close to his best speed. This just shows how much effort Rory McIlroy put into the segment.
