There is no doubt that technology has changed the world, particularly in the last 15 years. And sports have also been much influenced by it. Early next year, Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy will kick off the first officially technology-led golf league TGL.
There the fans will witness golf in closed quarters and on a screen — like never before. Not only that, to make playing golf easier, technology has gifted the sports fans an automatic driver.

Golf is a sport of good aim and precision. Hence the use of an automatic driver can enhance learning. Famous golf influencer Josh Mayer has shared on his Twitter page a tutorial on how to use an automatic driver.
The good part about such clubs is that one doesn’t need to swing it. Anyone can use it by adjusting the settings to one’s requirements aiming it toward your target and pushing the button. They can be used by newbies, and people with physical limitations and can shoot up to 200 yards.
In his video, Mayer uses the automatic driver and teaches. “Rad top golf, we got the automatic golf, we just need a little push here and it hits right off the face,” he says displaying the buttons on the shaft handle. “We are gonna give it a try and let’s see how it goes.” And then without looking toward his aim he pushed the button.

Automatic drivers leave the fans perplexed
As for the fans, some were confused while others were impressed by this new automatic driver. A user made fun of themselves and wrote that using the driver will be their only chance to make a proper shot.
That’d be my only chance at hitting a fairway with a driver. 🤣

While another wrote they are so bad that even technology can’t help them much.
I’d still shank that shit…

This user liked the whole thing. Maybe they see some hope now! Golf is a tricky sport, not for everyone.

For one user, this is a useless device and he urged others to play the game in the style of Tiger Woods.
Useless. Play the game ⛳️ as @TigerWoods
Hope we see him play at his tournament. Bahamas.— Javier Díez (@JDiezPlus) October 23, 2023
