Cameron Young has made his debut at the Dubai Desert Classic. The 26-year-old is leading the leaderboard with 14 under 202 and is one step closer to his maiden victory. The driver chosen by World No. 15 is made-for-player and equipped with an improved aerodynamics club.
The driver is the Titleist TSR3 Driver with 10° of the loft. He pairs it with the Mitsubishi Tensei 1K Pro White 70 TX shaft. Young has had the driver in his bag since the 2023 Scottish Open, and he finds that he can hit a variety of shots with it. It retails for $529.
As for his fairway woods, the 26-year-old has selected only one club for the work. Young uses the Titleist TS2 with 15 degrees of loft. The club sells for $349.99 and provides high speed and more forgiveness for World No. 15. The wood is fitted with a Mitsubishi Tensei 1K Pro White 80 TX shaft.

The third set is the custom-made iron set of 6–9 irons called the 631.CY Prototype. Young is the fourth golfer to have a custom-made set by Titleist to his name after Adam Scott, Justin Thomas, and Webb Simpson.

These wedges go for $149 per club. The Tour Pro’s go-to choice is the Titleist Vokey SM9. Young has it at 48°, 52°, 58°, and 62°. Out of the four, the last wedge is made to be with the WedgeWorks loft. They are equipped with Nippon NS Pro Modus3 Tour 130X shafts.
According to Young, he uses muted-colored shafts so that his focus remains on the clubhead when taking a shot. Recently, Young changed his putter from the Scotty Cameron T5 to the new T5 Tour-Only Phantom putter. The newest club in the bag is put to the test as to whether Young will attain his first victory or not.
