Max Homa has got some serious swag. Not talking about his cheeky comments during the US Open or his litany of funny tweets here. The American Pro shared his geeky high-school look on X (formerly Twitter) and his fans can’t keep calm. Homa admitted style is not his forte. But swag? He got plenty.
The 33-year-old golfer might be seventh in OWGR standings, but on humor roll call, Homa, undoubtedly, is the topper. This time another shade of his wit was on display. We won’t tell you how cool (or uncool) his style was, but suffice it to say, it would make Peter Parker look like James Bond incarnate.

If you were wondering what Max Homa is doing in his off-season, here is the answer. The 6x PGA Tour winner was busy spotting social media trends and conjuring his latest funny tweet. From Jon Rahm’s alleged defection to the LIV Golf to the ongoing Phil Mickelson-Alan Shipnuck Twitter war, Homa has chipped in with his ‘sanest’ comments.
Golf Digest asked the netizens on X (formerly Twitter), who is the one golfer who has a great game and a great personality but as far as style is concerned, they got none of it. Netizens flooded the comment section with Adam Scott and Viktor Hovland’s name with Scottie Scheffler finding an honorable mention.
Max Homa didn’t like the fact that his lack of style had not gotten enough attention from golf fans. So, he decided to give a shout-out to himself. Posting a picture from his high school days, the Nedbank Golf Challenge winner wrote, “I try my best to have style, but I’ve never had to worry about swag.”

This fan quipped that someone must have sharpened the grooves of their seven iron. How do you explain this haircut otherwise?
