His personal affairs have been the showcase of the last 15 years of his career and they continue to tarnish his name.

One such incident is the Erica Herman fiasco that took place in 2023. The 5+ year partner of Tiger Woods filed a lawsuit against him in the middle of 2023. Erica Herman spent most of her childhood in the Sunshine State of Florida, growing up in Palm Beach County. She also pursued her education there at Santaluces High School till the early 2000s and was also part of the school’s cheerleading team. She continued her education at Palm Beach State College and the University of Central Florida and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies in May 2008.

Despite her degree, she pursued a career in the restaurant industry. Eventually, she ended up working at Woods’ flagship restaurant, The Woods Jupiter in August 2015. The restaurant, which was located in Harbourside Place, Jupiter, Florida, was also where she met Tiger Woods. That’s where their story began.

Erica Herman always seemed like she supported Woods’ career. She was often seen with Tiger Woods on various PGA Tour events where he competed. There are many pictures all across the web where you can see her embracing Woods during his amazing victories. They were also seated together when Woods was just attending a championship as a guest.

Reportedly, she also got along well with Woods’ ex-wife and the mother of his children, Elin Nordegren. In fact, there are also reports stating that Tiger Woods would trust Herman with the care of his children. Another incident to recount is in 2021 when Tiger Woods had a car accident, Erica was there to support him. She helped him recover from his injuries and eventually come back to the course.

Fast-forward to March 2023, Herman files a case against Woods for illegally evicting her from the golfer’s property. This also included an appeal against the NDA that she discussed and signed. Two months later, the judge denied her appeal. In June 2023, she dropped the illegal eviction charges and in November, she also went on to drop her NDA appeal.
