The Augusta National cannot remove any of the professionals from the past champions playing list at the 2022 Masters. Until the professional himself communicates the message about not playing at the Masters. Moreover, unlike any other PGA Tour event, there is no such deadline as to when a professional can confirm the status of his participation.

As a result, Tiger has until the Masters week to validate his playing status at the first major of the 2022 season. With him still on the list maybe we can see him at the 2022 Masters. However, only time will tell whether he will play or not.
