Hurricane Helene has wreaked havoc in the lives of several people.58-year-old golfing legend John Daly is also among those who suffered through it. Daly’s home is near the city of Tampa, just outside the mainland on the Gulf of Mexico, and that’s where tragedy struck. An emotional Daly revealed that he had suffered total loss and devastation after the hurricane destroyed his Florida home.

The golfer residing in Clearwater Beach just outside Tampa, had to flee the town on Friday with a thousand other residents. Brutal 140 mph winds and severe flooding had hit Florida’s Big Bend area. The moment he left the town, he posted a snap of the weather radar to make his fans aware of the situation. “Prayers for all those in the path of the big bend. God Bless and Everyone Please Be Safe during Hurricane Helene!” he wrote on Instagram.

After all the ruckus in his life in the past few hours, Daly was finally seen in public. And thankfully all looked well! The golfer was spotted at the Alabama vs Georgia game on Saturday. He was in the private box and well was not alone. Alongside him was his good friend Donald Trump. Multiple celebrities were with them too, and they looked to be having a good time, perhaps savoring some precious moments amid the chaos.
