It can be sometimes difficult to accept defeat. What makes defeat easier is to accept it gracefully and congratulate the winner. Kang along with Nelly Korda was playing in her first-ever International Crown event and was among the favorites to win.
But, those victorious dreams did not come true for the American team. Team Thailand defeated Team Australia to mark their first victory. It was a surreal moment for the Thais and their fans. Previously, Thailand had never finished above the fourth position at the International Crown.
The winner of the 2017 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship took to her Instagram and congratulated the winners. With this small gesture, she depicted a true sense of sportsmanship.
Danielle Kang posted a story on her Gram and tagged all four fantastic performers of the team. She wrote, “Congratulations” along with a punch emoji and a heart emoji. Kang sent all her love to the team and appreciated their strong spirit with her wishes. Kang recently amused the fans with the photograph where her Yardage book was in her back pocket. Fans had a good laugh about it.
Team Thailand’s stellar victory will help Thai golf reach new heights and motivate young golfers in the country.

After emerging as winners, as mentioned by LPGA, Tavatanakit said, “Us winning this event is huge for golf in Thailand.” “It is already growing, and I think this is going to inspire a lot of people, even more than what we feel inspired 10 years ago.
