Tiger Woods has made millions of fans across the world. The golf legend is counted among the most successful players to have ever played on the field. However, there is one man that even Woods looks up to in golf. And it is none other than golf superstar, Jack Nicklaus. Moreover, earlier this year there was a time when another golf star called Jack Nicklaus a bigger star than Tiger Woods.

Golf legend compared Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus to decide who the G.O.A.T. was
Tiger Woods is often compared to senior golfer Jack Nickalus due to Woods’ potential to match his records. It is not new to any of Woods’ fans that the golfer has won 15 major championships in his career. Whereas, Jack Nicklaus, who is an inspiration for Tiger Woods, has 18 major victories in his name.

Among all the comparisons, there was one man who decided to speak to the audience about who he thought the G.O.A.T. was. And it was golf legend Lee Trevino, who got to the ropes signing autographs and talking to fans. It was almost like Trevino was running his little radio show talking about Woods and Nicklaus. But his support towards his old friend Nicklaus was clear as a crystal.

Talking about Nicklaus to the fans, Trevino said, “He’s the GOAT…You don’t think Tiger’s the GOAT, do you?” And to support his claim, the golf star went on to compare the two golfers on the same old scale – major championships. Trevino’s statements received no contradictions from the audience probably due to the respect he has among them. But he still reaffirmed his claim and said, “Nicklaus is the GOAT.”

Jack Nicklaus agreed with Woods’ stance about Donald Trump
After Woods made a few diplomatic statements about Donald Trump, Jack Nicklaus immediately extended his support to the golfer. According to sources, Woods was asked about his relationship with Trump despite various controversies about the former POTUS. And in his response, Woods said, “No matter who is in the office, you may like, dislike personality or the politics, but we all must respect the office.” and kept his statements politically correct.

However, Nicklaus agreed with what Woods stated and said, “I couldn’t have agreed with Tiger more. Whether it’s Barack Obama or Donald Trump in the office of the president, you respect the office,”. There were several reactions to Woods’ statements about the ex-President of the US. But Nicklaus said that the golfer had been very appropriate with his words.
