Making it into the Ryder Cup is every patriotic American golfer’s dream; a chance to showcase their talents as a team against European headliners. Captain Zach Johnson has already shared his picks, which completes the 12-player roster for Team US this season.

The list comprises brilliant golfers, including Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth, Rickie Fowler, Collin Morikawa, and Sam Burns. LIV golfer Brooks Koepka was on the fence for weeks, watching his dream slip away with every setback. But he made it too. His fellow LIV golfer Bryson DeChambeau has been in the race too. However, his luck for the American dream has not been as favorable.

The Scientist is a beloved player in the golfing world regardless of which circuit he associates with. His performance of late has been astounding, especially with his career-best 58 at LIV Golf Greenbrier, surpassing a legend’s best score. Fans were clamoring for him to make the Ryder Cup team but sadly that did not happen.

DeChambeau did confess earlier that he understands Johnson’s predicament in choosing players that he does not see playing on a regular basis. He also admitted that he would support Team US no matter the decision.

Turns out, the 29-year-old pride and joy of LIV Golf is true to his word. Instead of questioning the decision, the captain of Crushers GC is focused on his game. In fact, he took to social media to share his practice rounds on his Instagram story instead of sharing any regrets. Once again, he proved that he is a professional and a golfer with a lot of love for the game.
