The finale of the FedEx Cup saw Hovland pulling off an amazing performance throughout the final day. The golfer was able to cement his position on the top of the leaderboard to register a massive win in the event. The 24X PGA Tour winner was quick to express his admiration for the golfer as he went on to talk about how Viktor is one of the best drivers of the ball in the world. Continuing with his response, McIlroy said, “He works incredibly hard. Nothing but respect for how he goes about his business. True professional.”
