Ending on a lighter note, he mentioned how he will be on the lookout for his fans wearing the merch at his upcoming events. He even, admirably, revealed that all the money collected will be for his organization. The company caters to the needs of young golfers and others inclined toward the game.

With all the tournament updates surrounding the Californian player, the off-course news seems to come as a relief to both himself and his fans. Yet, the eyes continue to remain on his Ryder Cup spot.

DeChambeau has time and again reiterated his wish to represent the country in the prestigious Ryder Cup. A few days ago, he expressed the desire to participate in the tournament, and, mentioning a possible absence, even reaffirmed that he’ll still support Team USA. Though the Ryder Cup team is not finalized yet, with the captain Zach Johnson still left to make his picks.

The chances of DeChambeau’s presence on the team seem quite slim. Johnson, concerning his six picks, in a recent interview, revealed the criteria for it. For him, the only factor of concern remains the gameplay of the player. He mentioned how he will only be looking at “Americans” and not any league affiliation.

Even though the captain’s words bring some hope to the LIV stars, matters still seem gloomy for them in the major view.
