The US Open 2023 was an eye-opener for the golfing community. The remarkable victory of Wyndham Clark, the hole-in-one by Matthew Fitzpatrick, and the remarkable record set by Rickie Fowler, are just some of the best moments of gameplay. But let’s not forget the incredible performance of the two runner-ups, Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler.

Of course, coming so close to winning the title and missing the mark must have been a terrible disappointment for Scheffler. His immense love for the game and his passion when taking his swings is so close to perfect. His dedication even inspired him to practice with the GOAT golfer Tiger Woods to learn a few new tricks that could improve his performance on the course.

After the US Open at the Los Angeles Country Club, Scheffler was feeling a bit disappointed but not for long. His trusted caddie, realizing that he needs to pick himself up and prepare for the next venue on the PGA tour, decided to cheer him up with some amusing dance moves. If anything, Ted Scott took over the role of a cheerleader to not only support his main man, but also inspire him to take things in stride.

Teddy’s moves are definitely one for the ages. He is trying to be funny of course, and he has the expressions to match the situation. His ultimate goal was to cheer Scottie up and prepare him, both mentally and physically, for the next career challenge.

At times like this, Scheffler must feel incredibly lucky to have such a beautiful soul accompanying him on the course. Ted Scott takes his job very seriously both on and off the greens to help Scottie to the best of his abilities.

One fan called him out saying, “You’re my favorite golfer but you should probably be practicing your putts. No majors with how good your ball striking is would be a massive disappointment this year.”

“Nah we need to see your moves Scottie” said one fan, with the hope that joining Ted in his tangling dance would somehow, unequivocally put a smile on the golfer’s face.

“If you made me the same amount of money you’ve made Ted, I’d be dancing like that too. You’re the GOAT Scottie,” another fan encouraged.
