A golf course demands huge monetary funding and care to be maintained. But sometimes they get affected by natural calamities like thunder, rain, and others. Even humans intentionally ruin the course. Dunedoo Golf Club, located in New South Wales, was destroyed when somebody drove a tractor over it and ruined the land by leaving wheel patches.
Recently, another instance came to light where the past has been repeated and seemingly the deed was by humans. As this sight came to the attention of the golf community, the fans came in like a swarm of bees.

Witnessing a golf course being destroyed is nothing new. While it takes a lot of toil to maintain it, even a few minutes can leave the greens blemished. Recently, news has circulated of an iconic golf course to be revamped to support the growing population.
The Moore Park Golf Course, which was an eighteen-hole course, lost its battle in the jurisdiction, and now it will be turned into a nine-hole course.
Hours after that, another news story transpired on Twitter, which left everybody in utter shock and anger. In the post, one can see Lou Stagner, the media personality and analyst of the PGA Tour, taking a stroll at a local golf course. But this course doesn’t seem beautiful or even like others.
People should go to jail for this.
Disgusting.

Rather, it has craters created on it. The brutal act seems to have been done in patches throughout the field. And the green looks destroyed. He even wrote a caption along with it, which said, “People should go to jail for this. Disgusting.”
As this sight came to the attention of fans, they displayed their strong resistance against it.
Fans voice their strong stance against the cruel act
As the post went viral on social media, fans displayed their disgust for the brutal act.
A fan was left shocked by the act and asked how the course could be repaired.
That’s ridiculous. Asking honestly because I have no gauge of this: How much money/time does that cost to repair?

A person agreed with Stagner about sending the culprit to jail.
Totally agree! Some of the nicer courses I play, I'm scared to even leave a divot! This is unacceptable and Should have a prison sentence!!

Again, a fan chipped in and said the same.
Yes, jail. The amount of damage likely is a felony.
