It seems like age is just a number for veteran caddie Joe LaCava. The 68-year-old had a rather peaceful schedule during his latter years with golf legend Tiger Woods. But ever since he chose to look elsewhere, the seasoned caddie has been bombarded with offers left, right, and center.

Who is Joe LaCava caddying for this week?

Having played at the Wells Fargo Championship earlier this month, 31-year-old Cantlay decided to take a break this week, which meant his new caddie was on the sidelines again. Will Joe LaCava return back to Tiger Woods?

Despite switching employers, it’s understandable that LaCava and Woods have a deal in place should the latter return anytime soon. Considering his affinity towards majors, the 82-time PGA Tour winner could make a hurried dash for the upcoming PGA Championship, which could bring the long-standing caddie back into the fold.

But the chances of that happening look bleak. Having made yet another cut as a professional at the Masters Tournament, Woods limped through pain before withdrawing himself from the weekend rounds.

He has since undergone fusion surgery in his ankle which will allow him to play pain-free in future tournaments. But will that schedule include the 2023 PGA Championship? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
