Days After He Stood Up on Paige Spiranac Due to an Injury, John Daly Again Causes a Stir in the Golf World, For the Right Reason

Earlier this month, one of the most anticipated face-offs was scheduled on June 5. This competition was to take place between Paige Spiranac and John Daly. Unfortunately, the veteran golfer was a no-show on the actual match day. As per reports, it was confirmed that the reason behind Daly’s withdrawal from the Beauty vs Beast match was his health issues.

His sciatica and knee pain had intensified, making it difficult for the golfer to participate in the event. However, another senior golfer, Jerry Kelly, soon stepped in Daly’s shoes. This allowed the event to take place as planned. But, it still did not suffice for the fans as they had wanted to see ‘Long John’ take on the greens. But, the recent visuals of the golf icon definitely compensated for the same as fans rejoiced on seeing their icon in his element.

John Daly shares his ‘special’ recipe before the PGA Tour Champions event

The golf veteran has not been officially on the field for some time, but that will soon change. John Daly has his name registered for the playing field at the upcoming PGA Tour Champions’ DICK’s Sporting Goods Open. This event will take place from July 23- July 25. While the news is exciting for fans all across, the recent visuals from Endicott are sure to make them feel equally good.

Ahead of this event, John Daly and Ken Duke set up a steak dinner for some members. The atmosphere was all festive and everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves. This included the chef himself who appeared to be delighted while cooking. The food consisted of rib eyes cooked in Daly’s “special” sauce.

The sauce was prepared from little whiskey, a little soya sauce, garlic pepper, montreal, balsamic vinaigrette. The ingridients might have worked well because the chefs received the compliment from one of the guests who said, “Good cooking guys“.

To add more flavor to the evening, the guys including Daly reminisened their old days. The 57-year-old said, “Seems like yesterday we just did this here“. Well! This is all it took for golf enthusiasts and Daly’s fan to gather with their kind words in the comment section.

Fans happy to see Daly in his element

When one has played golf for as long as John Daly has, the massive fan following is one of the greatest accomplishment to come out of it. Not abe to see the veteran tame the greens as often as he used to before has made the fans miss him even more. Thus, when such a heart warming video of the golfer in his classical Daly element surfaced on the social media, fans expressed their joy.
