Following this intense segment, Hull moves into core-centric exercises, with four rounds of 15 V sits and 30 Russian twists. This is crucial for maintaining control during explosive motions on the golf course and adds to her abs shape, which the young golfer boasts. In addition, her strength training continues with five rounds of step-ups onto a bench (8 reps per leg), followed by 8 squat jumps with double dumbbells. 

The 2x LPGA champ alternates between running and rowing to further boost her cardiovascular endurance. Adding a brutal 5km run punctuated by double dumbbell snatches and burpees. This demanding routine demands focus, mental toughness, and stamina – and Hull’s got it all. That’s not all.
