Ever since his debut in the 2020 PNC Championship with his dad Tiger Woods, Charlie Woods has won the hearts and the minds of golf fans. From his recent outings, it’s pretty evident that the apple hasn’t fallen far from the tree as the young Woods showed at this year’s Hurricane Junior Golf Tour’s Major Championship.

Charlie’s win by eight strokes was reminiscent of his father’s initial days. However, not just in swinging the club or in putting, seems like in the matter of picking the equipment too, junior Woods is similar to his famous dad.

Charlie’s uses TaylorMade equipment in the main. The brand has over the years become a favorite of his dad. In fact, the 15-time major winner is an ambassador of TaylorMade. Let’s take a peek into the 14-year-old golfer’s arsenal.

Driver (TaylorMade Stealth Plus): TaylorMade’s drivers are quite popular among golfers with over 20 golfers from PGA preferring TaylorMade drivers over others. It has been a favorite of golfers on both sides of the Atlantic and beyond.

Current world no.2 Rory McIlroy and Spanish legend Sergio Garcia have also used it on many occasions. Above all, Tiger Woods, himself, was seen wielding it in last December while playing with his son at the PNC Championship. It’s priced at $419.99.

Fairway Woods (TaylorMade Stealth Plus): Another thing common between the father and son is their choice of fairway-woods club. Junior Woods puts his faith in TaylorMade Stealth Plus along with TaylorMade SIM. TaylorMade SIM, however, doesn’t have many takers in the PGA world. Only Harry Higgs and Collin Morikawa currently have this model in their kit. With Charlie getting older, fans can easily expect him to switch to a new gear in the coming months. It’s priced at $349.99.

Irons (TaylorMade P7CW): Charlie’s P7CW comes with a slight modification over his pop’s P7TW. While they carry the almost identical look, TaylorMade designers removed the weight from the head and the toe section. It can be guessed that this was totally Tiger’s decision. And, as Charlie’s recent form shows, it is paying dividends. P7TW is priced at $1,999.99.

Wedges (TaylorMade Milled Grind 2): Like his father, Charlie too, trusts the TaylorMade Milled Grind 2 for his wedges. Whereas, the father Woods, keeps TaylorMade MG3 Raw TW Grind as well in his bag, Charlie carries three Grind 2s in his kit. It’s priced at $169.99.

Putter (Titleist Scotty Cameron GSS Prototype): A little deviation from TaylorMade, yes. Nonetheless, Charlie follows in his father’s footsteps here as well. The veteran golfer himself uses Scotty Cameron Newport 2 GSS while making his putts. It’s priced at $449.

When can fans expect to see the father-son duo in action next?

Charlie Woods was most recently seen in Hurricane Junior Golf Tour’s Major Championship in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. His father, on the other hand, has been absent from professional golf for a while. He hasn’t played since featuring in the Masters earlier this year.
