Can Charlie Woods handle the pressure of being Tiger Woods' son on the golf course?

Charlie Woods took another leap of success and also carried his school with him. Benjamin Buccaneers finished second in the Class 1A Region 4 tournament at windy Miami Shores Country Club. Now they are qualified for the State Championship. Tiger Woods‘s teenage son was part of the squad carding 71 to tie for sixth individually.

Notably, this comes right after Benjamin School’s victorious start at the Florida High School State Athletic Association postseason. They scored a two-stroke victory over Oxbridge Academy only a week ago. Interestingly, Woods Jr. tied for sixth there as well, carding 1-over 73.

Speaking about the 15-year-old youngster, his high school coach, Toby Harbeck, told the Palm Beach Post, “He’s tough on himself. He’s got a lot of Dad in him.” Harbeck previously mentioned how Woods Jr. tends to go pin hunting quite like his 15-time major champion dad, who happened to be among the spectators this time.

As for his 48-year-old father, he underwent his sixth back surgery recently.
