Despite having summer breaks, Charlie Woods has decided not to take off time from the greens. Coming to the Future Masters, he finished at T78 with a total of 73 3-over-par after the first round. However, unfortunately, not every player at the Dothan Country Club could complete their first round. Why’s that? Adverse weather conditions disrupted play for many players in the 15–18 age category.

As a result, the tee times for the remaining players have been shifted to the next day, starting at 7:30 AM ET, according to the Future Masters website. Although Woods Jr was able to complete his first round with the changes in tee times because of weather, when will Charlie Woods tee off for the second round? As per the reports, there aren’t any changes in the 15-year-old timings and he will tee off at 12:36 PM ET with Jacob Immelman, Liam Curtis, and Henry Kuene.

Interestingly, all the players teeing off alongside Woods Jr. are sons of accomplished golfers. First, there is Jacob Immelman, the son of the 2008 Masters Champion Trevor Immelman. Then, Liam Curtis, the son of 2003 Open Champion Ben Curtis. Lastly, there is Henry Kuehne, whose father, Hank Kuehne, was the champion of the US Amateur Championship, the Telus Quebec Open, and the Texas Challenge in 2002.

Woods Jr.’s participation in tournaments during the summer break might be due to a challenging start in 2024. Despite attempting to qualify for the PGA Tour at the Cognizant Classic and the US Open qualifiers, he did not succeed. It appears he is using this time to hone his skills. After the Future Masters, where is his next stop?

What is Charlie Woods’s schedule for the rest of the year?

The 15-year-old will not play in any tournament in July. However, in August he will play at the SFPGA Jr. Cup where he finished 10th with a score of 68-75-76 last year. Interestingly, this will be the only tournament he plays in August. He will probably compete in the SFPGA Labor Day Classic, where he finished T35 last year in September. After September, Charlie Woods has some time off the greens, while his schedule continues till the end of the year.

In December, the 15-year-old will play at the SFPGA Tour Championship at Park West Palm, where he achieved his best finish last year with a total of 69-73, tying for 5th place.
