The festive season is celebrated away from the course with family and friends. However, with each day away from the course, the difficulty of staying consistent gets tougher for professionals. For example, Charley Hull has been on her fitness journey and choosing a healthy path. Unlike in the past, when she was seen taking smoking breaks in between plays, during ‘The Dan Le Batard Show With Stugotz’ in September, she answered a question stating that she would quit smoking and fans would not see her taking those breaks anymore.
While she has been true to her word, aside from leaving some harmful habits. She has been prioritizing a better and healthier routine. Her toned body is a substantial proof of her hard work. However, this Christmas, she did not stop herself from indulging. Hull has utilized her social media accounts to share her workout, but this is the first time she showcased her regret after her choice away from the gym.
She shared a reel from ‘gymfailnation’ and agreed to it. The reel, which the English professional golfer shared a meme from the movie ‘The Grinch’ where the titular character was endlessly eating. Besides this, it had the caption; “Me on Christmas destroying all the gym progress I’ve made.”

Charley Hull, while agreeing to the reel, wrote, “Genuinely feel 10000 stone 😢.” The dedication of the golfer can be seen with just one cheat day from the gym. She has been very dedicated to her workouts and routine. She has shared some of them on Instagram stories as well. Guess what, just after this story, Hull shared her workout routine to burn those extra calories.

Charley Hull is a fitness freak. She has been an inspiration for the fans with her dedication to fitness. There are other golfers too, who spend equal time in the gym. However, Hull’s dedication to fitness makes her a little ahead of other professionals. Just to stay consistent with the routine she has custom mats and dumbbells in her home gym, along with a golf simulator. Interestingly, she didn’t just share the Instagram story of regretting eating, but she acted on it within hours. The day after her Christmas story and hours after her regretful pleasure story, she was seen working out. As shared in her story, she followed a unique workout split where she combined multiple 1km runs with different variations of exercises.
With a total 7 Km run, she combines Ski, box jumps, KB (kettlebell) Swing, Burpees, farmer’s carry, lunges, and wall ball. Here is what her workout will look like in sequence:
