Charles Barkley speaks about golf’s greatest stars
Barkley appeared on the Sessions with Renee Paquette. The former basketball star spoke about how does it feel to be the number one guy and play against one of the best in the sport. He made a comparison between the greatest players in basketball and one of the best in golf and how they have helped in making the sport popular. He also spoke about how it feels to share the locker room with the top players and what atmosphere they bring with themselves.

He said, “When people talk about the greatest ever, you know, people first and they talk about like, Michael, magic, Larry, you know, those probably the three most important people in NBA history, in my opinion, because magic and Larry saved the NBA.”
He added, “And then Michael took it to a whole other level, kind of like Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus in golf. And then you had Tiger Woods who took it to a whole another level. And but man, it’s been so amazing. I mean, we’re every time I see I’m watching old footage of these guys”
It’s truly amazing to see one sports giant acknowledging other great players in a different sport. It shows how much respect Barkley has for the King, the Golden Bear as well as for Mr. T.

Charles and Mickelson win match-three
Charles Barkley and Phil Mickelson played an exhibition match again with Peyton Manning and Stephen Curry. Match three was won by Barkley and Mickelson, with a four and three win over Curry and Manning at the Stone Canyon Club in Oro Valley, Arizona back in 2020.
