Apart from being a LIV Golf Pro, DeChambeau has not been idle for the past few years. “I’ve worked really hard to have people help hopefully understand who I am a little bit better,” said the professional before adding that “YouTube has been a great platform to help that out.” He has been trying to balance a full-time professional career while attempting to also provide fans with content, podcasts, and instructional videos while collaborating with various golfers and icons such as Paige Spiranac, and Sergio Garcia, among others.

Bryson DeChambeau is one of the many long-hitters on the circuit. However, not much is known about golf “club” throwsThe 1-time major champ, thus, has a high regard for the fans. “Being able to entertain the fans is what we’re all here to do,” disclosed the professional, “and I think that’s what’s the most important thing.” He also admitted how having fun keeps his brain in a constant state of amusement while focusing on enjoying golf instead of ending up winning at events like the PGA Championship or the Masters for that matter; “It just keeps my brain fresh and in an entertainment mode, and realizing what the game is all about, not just for myself and winning money or winning trophies but entertaining, as well. Obviously, we all want to win trophies.”

As the athlete prioritizes the idea of having fun and dishing out entertainment for the fans over winning, one can’t help but notice how he is the only golfer from the Saudi-backed league inside the top 5 at the ongoing PGA Championship. DeChambeau is currently placed at T4, tied with Shane Lowry and Viktor Hovland at 13-under with figures of 68-65-67 over the three days of play. The next LIV pro on the scoreboard can only be found at T9, Dean Burmester at 11-under. DeChambeau would look to entertain the fans on Sunday before attempting to win the tournament. His love for prioritizing fans is very evident from his YouTube channel, which has more than 601K subscribers.

The 30-year-old also went ahead to express his love for such means of entertainment while alluding to the Break 50 series, where he attempts to literally break the score of 50 under various conditions: “The Break 50 series are a lot of fun. I love doing it. It’s a lot of fun. It’s a challenge that’s never been done nor accomplished without any strokes.” The LIV golfer has, up till now, posted a total of seven videos sporting the challenge on his channel and it has been a hit among the fans, to say the least.

Aside from such content, which portrays the golfer completing challenges, he also engages in other types of videos, such as the one that saw him meeting and having a fun game of golf with Spiranac. Although the two did film a YouTube video for the ‘Break 50’ challenge, the pair also shot a lot more content, including a Q&A session involving fun questions. He truly has a different perspective when it comes to golf and its fans!
